Shipping policy

Destinations and shipping charges

We offer free standard shipping for the White Reusable Pet Hair Remover Brush to eligible addresses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand where Standard shipping is offered at checkout. Available options, address restrictions and applicable checkout taxes are shown before payment. Do not place an order if checkout offers no eligible shipping method.

Fulfilment and delivery

Orders are fulfilled through CJdropshipping from China. Processing and transit times depend on supplier availability, destination and the selected shipping service. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking is provided after dispatch. Factory-reported availability can change; contact us about delays.

Customs and import charges

Destination taxes, customs duties or carrier clearance charges may apply and may not be included in the product price or free shipping. Where such amounts are not collected at checkout, they may be payable on import, subject to applicable law. Free shipping does not mean all import charges are prepaid.

Order help

Check your delivery address before ordering. For address corrections, cancellation requests, shipping estimates or delayed shipments, contact kashyaprahul535@gmail.com with your order number. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Returns

Eligible voluntary returns must be requested within 7 days after delivery and are for exchange or store credit, without voluntary cash refunds. Statutory cancellation and consumer-guarantee rights remain unaffected. Read our full return and refund policy before ordering.
