Shipping
The White brush is available to order for eligible addresses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Standard shipping is free where offered at checkout. Orders are fulfilled through CJdropshipping from China, with tracking after dispatch. Shipping eligibility is address-specific; any checkout taxes or import charges may be additional. Processing and delivery dates are estimates. Read the shipping policy for details.
7-day returns — no voluntary cash refunds
For new orders placed on or after 15 October 2026, contact kashyaprahul535@gmail.com within 7 calendar days after delivery to request an eligible return. Include your order number and reason. We do not offer voluntary cash refunds for change of mind. Eligible voluntary returns are for exchange or store credit, subject to approval.
Return conditions and shipping
For a change-of-mind return, the brush must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility, the approved return address, the available exchange or store-credit option and shipping instructions. Do not use the dispatch address without approval. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping; we do not promise a prepaid label. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by law.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing orders
Contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, is faulty, does not match your order, or your order has not arrived. Include your order number and, where reasonably available, photos of the issue. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. The 7-day voluntary return window, unused-condition requirement and no-voluntary-refund rule do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not exclude or limit any right to cancellation, repair, replacement, refund or return-cost reimbursement required by applicable consumer law. Where a longer cancellation or return period applies, that legal period takes priority. For qualifying UK distance sales, customers may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and have a further 14 days to return the goods, with refunds as required by law. Consumer guarantees, including those applicable in Australia and New Zealand, remain unaffected.
Orders placed before this update retain the policy and statutory rights applicable when the order was placed.
